These Terms of Service govern your use of the RealWorld Live Earth Launcher mobile application, the website located at https://realliveworld.com, and any related services operated by WarTeg Studio. By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.
2. Our Services
RealWorld Live Earth Launcher provides earth visualization tools, satellite map browsing, place discovery, map search, and related location-based features. Some features may depend on internet connectivity, third-party map or imagery providers, or compatible device capabilities. We may improve or update features from time to time.
3. Eligibility
You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you use the Services on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.

Explore countries, cities, and landmarks with a responsive globe and map-driven browsing experience.
Location Context Layers
Access supporting overlays and contextual map data that may include weather, terrain, or travel-oriented information.
Smart Search and Navigation
Find places quickly, inspect map regions, and navigate across the world with search-assisted discovery.
The Application may request access to device location features to improve map centering, nearby place suggestions, and location-aware experiences. You can manage or revoke location permissions through your device settings at any time.
If the Application offers subscriptions through an app store, subscription billing is handled by the relevant platform provider under that provider's billing terms.
15. Launcher Notice
RealWorld Live Earth Launcher may include home screen functionality. If a user independently chooses to make the Application the default home app through system-provided controls, the home screen experience may differ, including layout, icons, shortcuts, widgets, search area, app arrangement, or other app access surfaces shown on the device.
Your installed apps, app data, and personal files remain on your device. The Application does not delete, hide, or control other apps, and it does not require users to manage other apps.
The Application is not designed to direct users to manage other apps or system features. Any default home app or permission control is provided by Android, Google Play, or the device manufacturer.
WarTeg Studio cannot manage device-level controls, manage a Google Play account, or cancel Google Play subscriptions on a user's behalf. For default home app, refund, subscription, or device-level controls, please refer to the instructions provided by Google Play, Android, or your device manufacturer.
